I am new to Java myself, but here is a hopefully helpful tidbit. Additional languages can be added using a fairly intuitive dialog. I have looked into all the options available in the User Defined Language but can’t find anything that could make it work in Unix files. I used Notepad++ to convert the encoding to UTF-8 . Once the .xml style file was saved in a more Windows friendly encoding, there were no issues with importing.
